Vail, COThis apartment in Vail had special considerations due to the restrictions of renovating within a mixed-use commercial/residential building. We combined an old restaurant space with the adjoining condominium, adding a new gas fireplace, new kitchen, bathrooms and completely redesigning the spaces. Cohen Construction helped the owners create a traditional feel combining two units seamlessly into one.
