Buford, COCohen Construction built a new 16,000sf Lodge on this exquisite property in the Flattops Wilderness. We partnered with tradesmen from the area to build a standout, Hunting & Fishing Executive Retreat. This project also included a 3-Bedroom Guest Cabin, a separate Day Spa facility, relocated and renovated three existing cabins and building two half-acre casting ponds. We had to build a temporary road to access the property during construction .
